Sierra Jackson
PILATES INSTRUCTOR
Sierra is a passionate Pilates instructor dedicated to helping clients move with intention, build strength, and cultivate confidence through mindful movement. Originally from St. John’s, Sierra’s journey into Pilates began as a personal pursuit of wellness, quickly evolving into a deep appreciation for its transformative impact—both physically and mentally.
With a background in business and graphic design, Sierra spent years working in marketing while maintaining her commitment to health and wellness. She fell in love with Pilates for its ability to combine movement with music, self-care, and mindfulness, and now she’s excited to share that experience with others in her hometown.
Sierra specializes in mat Pilates, creating welcoming and accessible sessions for all fitness levels. Her approach emphasizes consistency over perfection, empowering clients to embrace movement in a way that feels good and sustainable.
When she’s not on the mat, you’ll find Sierra indulging her creative side—whether designing, thrifting, or planning home projects. She also loves unwinding with a good book, a crisp Diet Coke, and her favorite seasonal latte.

Pilates has completely transformed my life, both physically and mentally. What started as a way to move and feel good quickly became something deeper; a space where I could build strength, confidence, and a real sense of self-care. Over the past few years, I’ve experienced firsthand how powerful mindful movement can be, and I knew I wanted to share that with others, especially in my hometown of St. John’s.

I have a soft spot for all things design - whether it’s branding, photography, or even arranging a room layout, I love making things look and feel good.
-
My ideal way to unwind is a relaxing nighttime stretch, followed by a crisp Diet Coke and a good book!
-
I'm a sucker for a seasonal latte from Starbucks

I love designing new projects, whether it's creating custom stationery for a friend's birthday or planning our upcoming basement renovations. I also enjoy cooking dinner with friends and trying out new Pilates classes online. And of course, I can never resist a good stroll through Winners or a thrift store!

Consistency isn’t about perfection, it’s about showing up for yourself in a way that feels good! Even on busy days, just 10 minutes of movement can make a world of difference in how you feel.
